A living room for two, built in a single shade of grey. Every bit of warmth in the room comes from texture, wood, and pattern. Never from color.

The Inspiration
The color stays quiet.
The texture doesn't.
Stacked with stone, brushed brass, faux fur, striped linen, and raw wood. Each one grey, each one different under the hand. Nothing competes for color, so the room competes for feeling instead.
Patent prints of a boombox, a controller, a pair of headphones give the walls their edge. Further adorned are quiet nods to where the sound comes from.
And the whole thing wakes on a word. Fireplace and music, up together, the moment you walk in.
