A garage, rebuilt into a reason to show up.
This started as a two-car garage and became a room that pulls you in. Turf underfoot, white brick and living-wall boxwood, a full mirror wall, a wood-clad screen for the workout of the day, and a heavy bag waiting in the corner.
The walls talk back, Mamba mentality; what is your deepest fear, because the right words at the right moment are their own kind of equipment.
It’s where the day comes to melt: one round, one lift, one kettlebell challenge at a time.
